Job Summary
ABA Love LLC is looking to hire a highly motivated individual for in-home and clinic ABA therapy services in the Selma area and surrounding cities/towns, under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). This position provides one-to-one instruction to children with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, clinic, school, and community.
General Accountabilities
-Work collaboratively with the BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
-Willing to complete a 40-hour training
-Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions
-Have own personal transportation
-Have your own personal electronic device that can be connected to the internet for collecting detailed data and skill acquisition data during sessions
-Be responsive to the needs and direction of the client, their families, and supervisors
-Other related duties as required

-High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crawl, and crouch throughout the workday.
Must be able to physically assist clients as needed, including providing prompts, blocking, or supporting clients during daily activities or behavioral interventions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to move quickly to keep up with or redirect clients, which may include running or sudden movement.
Frequent use of hands and arms for reaching, handling materials, and performing fine motor tasks during activities and data collection.
Ability to safely and effectively respond to behavioral challenges, including potential aggression or elopement attempts.
Must be able to visually and audibly monitor clients to ensure safety at all times.
